Customer Email of the Day

Here's a simple copy and paste of this gem of a customer email I got this morning.

WHEN I PURCHASED THIS SOFTWARE IT SAID IT WAS VISTA COMBATIBLE AND NOW AFTER I GET IT INSTALLED YOU PUT ME THROUGH A LOT OF CHANGES THAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I THINK THE WAY YOU HAVE TO CONFUSE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT COMPLETELY SAVI WITH EVERY ONE OF THESE WEARD ABRIVATIONS AND NUMBERS THAT YOU USE IS NOT FAIR TO THE COMMON PERSON THAT WANTS TO USE YOUR SOFTWARE FOR WHAT YOU ARE SELLING IT FOR AND THAT IS TO BE ABLE TO DOWN LOAD THEIR OWN DVDS ONTO THERE IPOD SIMPLY. I NEED TO KNOW IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE WHAT I NEED TO DO IN ABLE TO MAKE THIS SOFTWARE COMBATIBLE FOR MY VISTA PC

I wish I knew how to make her software "combatible," maybe it would turn on her. That would be really weard.
